Ajax is Ukranian, is there supply issues?
Thankfully, Ajax began creating shadow factories in Poland and neighbouring countries. Whilst there may be less stock as the factories transition, by no means will stock run out, just slight delays. We have most products in stock anyway!
What is AJAX?
Ajax alarm system is the most awarded wireless security system in Europe.
Can I choose my own products?
Yes, you can create your own bespoke system. The reason we offer the indoor, outdoor and complete systems is that they include what we think are the best products to cover most bases of security. But if you know exactly which products you want, let us know and we can give you a custom quote.
Can I install it myself?
You can opt to install the system yourself, but It can be a bit tricky. You’ll need the Ajax engineering app (we can give you access) to set everything up. We also don’t claim liability if anything breaks when setting it up yourself. Plus we offer free professional installation anyway, so you might as well sit back and relax.
Why is AJAX is more expensive than other systems?
When it comes to security, you get what you pay for. The AJAX system is not a cheap system compared with the dozens of do-it-yourself casual alarm systems that you can buy today. However, AJAX has excellent support, provides multi-award-winning products, an extensive range and – not unimportantly – a well-secured and reliable anti-sabotage system.
